"Christmas in Europe"
* Students of D class are involved in this eTwinning project during the school year 2014-15.
Students of classes D1-D2-D3 of Demenika Primary School are going to combine the old with the new in a Christmas cultural exchange.
16 schools from 11 different countries are involved in this project:Greece (founder), Poland, France, Turkey, the UK, Romania, Malta, Estonia, Lithuania, Italy, and Latvia. The project activities involve: * Creating 1 handmade Christmas card for each school-partner to be sent by post [that is the old] * Uploading photos with local Christmas traditions and videos with Christmas carols * Recording their Christmas wish both in English and in their native language * Writing their impressions about the project and posting it on a common virtual wall [that is the new] |

**1st activity**
For their first activity students of D class had to prepare handmade Christmas cards to be sent by post to students in 11 different European countries. They children did an amazing job and made wonderful cards with lots of creativity and loalso love for their e-friends. Check them out in action in the slideshow that follows.

**2nd activity**
The second activity required that the students upload pictures with local Christmas customs and traditions, as well as videos with Greek Christmas carols. Have a look below to the students' choices.

**3rd activity**
Students used Voki online recording software in order to complete their third activity. This time they recorded their Christmas wish both in English and Greek and uploaded their Voki to the Twinspace platform. Check their Vokis out below.
